The Ku-band SSPB 200 W Solid State Power BUC is a professional-grade, high-efficiency outdoor transmitter built for satellite uplinks, VSAT hubs, and broadcast gateways.
Covering the 12.75–13.25 GHz Lower Ku-band, it integrates an SSPA and a block upconverter in one rugged outdoor unit (ODU) to provide clean, stable, and linear RF power.

Based on GaN solid-state technology, the amplifier delivers Psat 53 dBm (200 W) and Plinear 50 dBm, with 75 dB nominal gain and 20 dB fine control in 0.1 dB steps.
Ultra-low phase noise (–63 @100 Hz, –73 @1 kHz, –83 @10 kHz) ensures excellent signal purity for DVB-S2 and broadband satcom applications.
Encased in a rugged aluminium enclosure and featuring efficient forced-air cooling, the amplifier operates reliably from –40 °C to +55 °C and up to 100 % humidity.
